  We only come here about once a year as the food can be hit or miss and the same goes for the employees friendliness and attitude. On this occasion the food was on par flavor wise for a KFC and a Taco Bell. The overriding scent in the restaurant is KFC.
  
  I'm really cutting them some slack on this visit with two stars because the food was good, but the closer we looked at the dining area we realized why their take out window was getting the majority of the business and the inside dining very little. I don't think I want to eat inside again until it gets a serious thorough cleaning from top to bottom!
  
  Shut the inside down for a day and let people come to the drive thru for a day at least. Many of the chairs are covered in dirt, some booth seats are ripped, the floors and table tops need a good scrubbing, and who knows what condition the bathroom is in if the dining area has been so neglected. Seriously, whoever the franchise owner and district manager are need to get on this and pronto!

  Floors very slick. Service slow. Food was good.  Would recommend drive thru.  Not eat inside.   Employee behind front register must be new.  Manager had to help.  Not a lot of personality.  Manager was nice and sped up the process.

  I also should have read the reviews before mistaking this place for a restaurant. There is great KFC out there and there is some that is pretty marginal. Then there is this location that shares its building with a Taco Bell. The chicken is completely unrecognizable as KFC. The sparse coating was really nothing more than a little flour and maybe there was some cornmeal and floor sweepings added for texture. The biscuit was almost certainly getting ready for its second birthday or maybe it had been left in a warmer for days. The Pepsi, I am happy to day poured perfectly and the straw never broke once during the extraction process. I hope the owner of this...thing, is forced to eat there some day.
  
  I left most of mine on the table.  Please avoid eating here or at least, ask them to pull a piece out of that warming tray and show it to you.

  This KFC location is the worse and I am surprised that it is still open. I can stop by 6 out of 7 days and I can guarantee that they will not have any pot pies and not have 1 of the chicken available for my 2 piece. I can see this happening at the end of the day when they are about to close but it's like this at 3pm! They seriously need to do better at have food for customers, it should not be a made to order every single time you go there. And to make your experience even better, they are not apologetic at all about it.

  The food is typically pretty good and I haven't had any issues with my orders, but every time I use the drive thru the employee working has horrible customer service skills!  It's not always the same person.  I don't know what the problem is, but get it together KFC.  People who act like they abhor all other humans should not be working the drive thru!  If the improve the CS, I will increase my stars.
